Marriage Licenses

Congratulations!

To begin the application for a marriage license, fill out the Online Marriage Application, then come into the Clerk’s office located on the second floor of the courthouse to finalize the application.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

-          Both parties will need a valid form of ID (driver's license, etc.) 

-          Both parties will need to be present for the application

-          One of the parties has to be a resident of Montgomery County

COST

-$25 for the application

-$4 for copy of the license

 

You must be married within 60 days of getting the application
