Environmental Health - Swimming Pools

The Montgomery County Health Department permits and inspects public and semi-public swimming pools and spas. The health department inspections follow the guidance of the Indiana Department of Health 410 IAC 6-2.1 Codeand the Montgomery County Ordinance 2013-4. The swimming pools and spas are permitted as an annual or seasonal operation and inspected twice a year.  Water testing is monitored on a weekly basis through the health department water lab.
