MONTGOMERY COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD

TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2007

MINUTES

The Montgomery County Drainage Board met on Monday, April 23, 2007 in the conference room at the Crawfordsville Public Library, Crawfordsville, Indiana.

Those members present were as follows: Commissioner Phil Bane, Chairman; Commissioner William D. McCormick, Vice Chairman; Deanna Durrett, Member/Executive Secretary; Dave Rhodes, Member; Jack Grimble, Member; Drainage Board Administrator Tom Cummins; Suanne Milligan, and Drainage Board Secretary Lori Dossett.

Also present: Jack Maloney; Dave Gaston and Bill Hawn.

Drainage Board President Phil Bane called the meeting to order @ 3:35 p.m.

Board Organization- Purpose to establish a Joint Drainage Board with Hendricks County to discuss the Albert Hysong Drain. Bill McCormick moved to appoint Dave Rhodes and Deanna Durrett to the Joint Hendricks County/Montgomery County Drainage Board. Ed Shirar and Jack Malony from Hendricks County will also serve on the Joint Board.

Bill McCormick moved to adjourn. Jack Grimble seconded. There being no further business before the Drainage Board, the meeting was adjourned. 5-0 votes in favor. Motion carried.
