PRESS RELEASE: CONTRACTORS WANTED! Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Contractors wanted!
We are pleased to announce that Thrive West Central, in collaboration with Montgomery County, IN, is launching an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program to assist eligible homeowners with essential home repairs.  This initiative provides financial support of up to $25,000 per household to improve living conditions and ensure housing stability for low- to moderate-income residents. Repairs include:
•       Radon remediation
•       Repair or replacement of HVAC systems and water heaters
•       Roof repairs or replacement
•       Exterior accessibility improvements (e.g., ramps, handrails)

Thrive West Central is seeking qualified contractors to join its bidder’s list for upcoming rehabilitation projects to support this effort. Contractors interested in providing these services must complete a registration form to be eligible for project bidding.

Thrive will hold a Contractor Informational Meeting for local contractors interested in the program on Thursday, March 13, at 4:00 p.m., at Crawfordsville Public Library, 205 S Washington St, Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
